Job summary

BlueCare Mt Isa is seeking a Personal Carer Domestic to support clients at home, helping them stay independent and enjoy a better quality of life.

You’ll travel between visits, provide domestic assistance, meals, laundry and shopping, and help with daily activities in the community.

This permanent part-time role offers $34.50 per hour plus super, salary packaging, allowances and travel reimbursements, plus employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
• Vehicle that is roadworthy and insured (Third Party minimum).
• Experience using smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
• Ability to pass probity checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based personal care to clients.
• Assist with daily activities to support independence.
• Perform domestic tasks: cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing.
• Provide transportation to appointments and run errands.
• Schedule visits and maintain records.
