BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer to support clients in the Mt Isa area. You will deliver in-home personal care, daily living assistance and accompany clients to appointments, enhancing independence and wellbeing. The role focuses on building meaningful relationships during home visits in the community.

We welcome applicants with Certificate III in Aged Care, a valid licence and a vehicle for work. You will work in a permanent full-time capacity with salary packaging and allowances as part of

Qualificações

• Certificate III Aged Care or an equivalent qualification is essential.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence is essential.
• Vehicle must be roadworthy and insured for work use.
• Experience with technology (smartphones/tablets/laptops) is desirable.
• Must satisfy probity checks as required by policy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance.
• Perform scheduled visits and support independence and quality of life.
• Follow individualised Care Plans and assist with daily activities.
