Job summary

A leading home care provider is seeking Personal Care Workers in Geelong to provide high-quality, person-centred care. Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care, emotional support, light domestic duties, and medication reminders. Candidates must have a Certificate III in Aged Care, First Aid and CPR certification, and previous experience in home care. Flexible shifts and a supportive team culture are offered. Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Previous experience in aged care or disability support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care including showering and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light domestic duties such as cleaning and meal preparation.
• Support clients with medication reminders and health monitoring.
