Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker in Australia to provide exceptional in-home care and support in the Kalgoorlie and Wheatbelt regions. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and collaborating closely with Registered Nurses. Applicants must hold a Cert III in Aged Care/Disability and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Current Senior First Aid [HLTAID011], CPR [HLTAID009] and Manual Handling [HLTWHS005] with 3+ months until expiry.
• A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver’s licence.
• Federal Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily activities, following the Client Care Plan.
• Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care.
• Identify client care needs and collaborate with the care team.
• Support clients with light housekeeping duties.
