Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining client comfort, and working alongside registered nurses. Candidates should possess a Cert III in Aged Care and strong communication skills. The role offers flexible shifts in a supportive team environment, making a positive impact on clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Federal Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
• Willingness to travel and flexibility with shifts.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards for home care.
• Commitment to safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily activities.
• Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care.
• Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client’s care team.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
• Support clients with light housekeeping duties.
• Maintain accurate daily client notes and report any concerns.
• Support clients with mobility aids and exercises under RN supervision.
