Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, telehealth, or patient support.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a high-quality, patient-focused experience across all interactions.
• Supporting patients via phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshooting patient issues and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving.
• Guiding patients through clinic processes, operations, and industry requirements.
• Processing medication orders from patients through to pharmacy dispatch.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring all necessary notes and logs are completed.
• Escalating clinical or operational queries to the appropriate team leads.
• Liaising with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to ensure seamless patient care.
• Assisting in maintaining compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
