Healius is hiring Pathology Collectors in Australia to join a patient-focused team. You will collect blood and other samples, ensuring proper handling and documentation, while delivering a caring and professional patient experience across our diagnostic network.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow established procedures. A supportive training program and career development within Healius Academy are provided, with full-time hours during training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pathology collection is desirable but not essential.
• Certificate III in Pathology Collection is desirable but not essential.
• Healthcare background or strong customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood and other samples with care and accuracy.
• Provide a welcoming, calm and professional experience for patients.
• Prepare and package specimens for transport in line with procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and follow required processes.
• Support smooth daily operations across the collection site.
