Healius is seeking a Pathology Collector to join our Laverty Pathology brand in Australia. You will collect blood and other samples, delivering a calm, professional patient experience and ensuring specimens are prepared for transport with precision.

This casual role requires attention to detail, empathy, and strong teamwork. Training is provided through Healius Academy with full-time hours in initial weeks and ongoing flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pathology collection is desirable but not essential
• Certificate III in Pathology Collection is desirable but not essential
• Background in healthcare or strong customer-facing experience

Responsibilities

• Collect blood and other samples with care, accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide a welcoming, calm and professional experience for patients
• Prepare and package specimens for transport in line with procedures
• Maintain accurate records and follow required processes
• Support smooth daily operations across the collection site
