Cabrini Health in Melbourne’s southeast is seeking a Registered Nurse Grade 3 for Palliative Home Care on a 0.8 FTE part-time fixed-term 12 months in Malvern. You will provide comprehensive symptom assessment and end-of-life care in patients' homes, delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing within Cabrini's interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously while being supported within an interdisciplinary team.
