Job summary

Monash Health in Melbourne is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for Palliative Care to join the McCulloch House unit. The role involves supporting patients and families, delivering holistic care, and collaborating with a range of medical specialties on a rotating roster.

You will advocate for patient dignity, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to compassionate end-of-life care with a strong emphasis on family engagement and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven significant clinical experience in a Palliative Care setting.
• Relevant qualifications in Palliative Care Nursing.
• AHPRA registration and Working with Children’s Check; Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Support patients and families with holistic, patient-centered care across a rotating roster.
• Work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team to deliver palliative care.
• Advocate for patients’ dignity and comfort at end of life.
• Contribute to quality improvement and ongoing practice development.
