Qualifications

• Experience performing domestic duties for the aged or people with a disability at home.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and client rights.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and health team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform household and personal care duties per the care plan.
• Transport equipment to clients' homes to support care tasks.
• Provide feedback on significant changes in clients' health status to staff.
