Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care required.
• Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• First Aid/CPR and WWCC.
• Current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Start your morning supporting a client with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines.
• Assist clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and keeping their home comfortable.
• Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities to help them maintain their independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while providing personalised care.
• Adapt your day to each client’s unique needs — no two days are ever the same.
