My Guardian in Sydney area seeks compassionate Home Care Workers to support clients in Winston Hills and surrounds. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and help with daily tasks, driving clients to activities and appointments.

We value heart, reliability and professional conduct; essential checks include First Aid CPR, NDIS screening and police clearance. Certificate III in Aged Care or related qualification is preferred but not mandatory with the right experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance and community transport.
• Ability to document care accurately and communicate with families and coordinators.
• First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check.
