My Guardian is expanding its care services in Charlton, VIC, Australia, seeking compassionate Home Care Workers to deliver person-centered support in clients' homes. You will build real connections, assist with daily living tasks, and help clients maintain independence with dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Excellent documentation and communication with families and coordinators.
• First Aid & CPR certification, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check are required or obtainable quickly.
