Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a compassionate Carer to join our team, delivering person-centred care to help clients live with dignity, comfort and independence. The role will involve companionship, light household tasks, and travel to Quorrobolong NSW 2325.

Qualified applicants with a Certificate III in Aged or Disability Care, First Aid, and police checks will be preferred. Sponsorship and permanent opportunities may be available, with flexible scheduling to fit availability.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, and meal prep.
• Experience assisting clients with transport to appointments and activities.
• Ability to document services and incidents clearly and promptly.
• Certificate III in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus.
• Valid First Aid and police checks or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing and reduce loneliness.
• Carry out light household duties including cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Monitor and record changes in health or behaviour, reporting concerns.
• Maintain accurate care records with dignity and privacy.
