Job summary

Benetas is a not-for-profit aged care provider in Victoria. We are seeking Support Workers and Home Care Workers to join our team in the Metro West region, delivering compassionate one-on-one in-home care to older Victorians who want to live independently at home.

Role involves assisting with daily activities, meal prep, and keeping clients connected to their communities. You’ll travel between clients, with flexible hours Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm, and benefit from salary packaging and travel

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Respect for all backgrounds and orientations.
• Own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and car insurance to travel between clients.
• Willingness to travel between clients, up to 4 per day and short distances.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities at home.
• Provide one-on-one in-home care to help clients live well.
• Help clients stay connected to communities through activities they love.
• Unescorted shopping with a list.
