Job summary

Benetas is seeking a Personal Care Worker to provide one-on-one in-home care across the Hepburn region. You will support daily activities, personal care and community engagement, helping older Victorians live independently in their own homes.

The role offers flexible hours Monday to Friday, with paid travel time, training, and progression opportunities within a supportive, values-driven not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related qualification.
• Own vehicle, current driver's licence, and car insurance to drive between clients' homes.
• Willingness to travel between clients, up to 4 per day, and up to 30 minutes between clients.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to be obtained or already available.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities according to their needs and choices.
• Work with clients one-on-one in their homes to support independence and well-being.
• Assist with personal care or domestic duties as required.
• Help clients stay connected to their communities through activities they love.
