As a Home Care Worker, you will deliver personal and domestic care, transporte, medication reminders, and other daily living support in clients’ homes. Training and mentoring are provided, with career advancement opportunities as the office grows.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services.
• Police check issued in the last 12 months.
• Current First aid and CPR certificates.
• Smart mobile phone.
• Driver's licence and own reliable presentable car.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients.
• Provide domestic assistance and support with daily living.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Support clients to maintain independence and quality of life.
