Australian Unity Griffith, NSW is seeking Experienced Home Care Support Workers to help our aged care customers live independently at home and in their communities. The role includes in-home support such as cleaning, meal prep and personal care, with a stable roster and potential extra hours based on needs.

Applicants should hold a current Australian driver’s license with a reliable insured vehicle and be flexible to work Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
• Transportation and Personal Care: assist customers with appointments, shopping, outings, showering and toileting.
• Client Awareness: build relationships with clients and families, conduct observations with support.
• Safety Practices: adhere to health and safety guidelines to keep customers safe.
