Job summary
RDNS Your Choice HomeCare in Inner West NSW is seeking a Home Care Support Worker to assist with domestic tasks, personal care, and companionship for our elderly clients. Choose hours Monday–Friday with flexibility; you must have a Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, a valid driver’s license, own car, and current First Aid/CPR and Police Check.

Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 months' experience in home care.
- Disability support experience alone does not meet requirements.
- Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes and own car.
- Current First Aid, CPR and Police Check.
- Strong communication and caring nature.
Responsibilities
- Domestic assistance including light housekeeping.
- Personal care such as dressing, grooming, showering.
- Transport to appointments and errands.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Engage in meaningful conversations.
- Ensure safety and report changes.
