Job summary
RDNS Your Choice HomeCare is seeking a Home Care Support Worker to assist with aged care in Doncaster and surrounding suburbs. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, and domestic assistance for elderly clients.

Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in home care (aged care or in-home support).
- Disability support experience alone does not meet role requirements.
- Willingness to travel up to 30 mins; own car is required.
- Current First Aid, CPR and Police Check.
- Excellent communication and caring approach.
Responsibilities
- Domestic assistance: light housekeeping, meals, ironing and laundry.
- Personal care: dressing, grooming, showering, nutrition, eating.
- Transport and mobility: accompany clients to appointments and activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support; engage in friendly conversations.
- Ensure safety and report changes to supervisor.
