Job summary

Healthcare Australia is seeking Home Care Support Workers to assist elderly clients in the Camden Haven area and surrounding locations. You will provide domestic and social support, helping clients stay independent at home.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, have a valid AU driver’s licence with access to a reliable vehicle, and provide a police check (within six months), plus current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required.
• Police check no older than six months required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Valid Australian driver's licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
• 6+ months sector experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with daily living tasks and domestic support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required.
• Provide personal care assistance including hygiene and mobility support.
• Transport clients to appointments and social events, using own vehicle where needed.
• Support clients to participate in community activities and maintain independence.
