Job summary

Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a Part-Time Home Care Employee to provide personalised support in clients' homes across Fairfield, Wetherill Park and surrounding suburbs. The role offers a minimum of 20 hours per fortnight, with availability across at least three weekdays and flexible shifts.

To be considered, you will hold a Certificate III in Aged or Individual Support (Ageing), have at least 12 months’ experience in aged care or home care, and demonstrate a caring, professional,

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged or Individual Support, or equivalent.
• Compassionate interpersonal skills and empathy with older people.
• Current driver's license and car with full comprehensive insurance.
• Willingness to travel regularly using your own vehicle.
• Reliable and trustworthy – depend on you.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proven Aged Care or NDIS background.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work remotely in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Meal assistance, including shopping and meal preparation.
