Job summary

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking compassionate Casual Home Care Employees to support older people in their own homes across Sydney's Inner West, including Homebush, Concord, Burwood, Strathfield, Marrickville and surrounding suburbs. This role offers flexible shifts and allows you to make a genuine difference in everyday living.

To be considered, you will hold a Certificate III in Aged or Individual Support (or equivalent), have at least 12 months' experience in aged care or home care,

Qualifications

Certificate III in Aged or Individual Support (or equivalent) required.
Experience in aged care or home care preferred.
Demonstrated customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

Meal assistance and shopping support.
Transport and accompaniment to appointments.
Social support and activities with clients.
Personal care and general self-care tasks.
Domestic assistance and light cleaning.
Medication assistance.
