Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Home Care Worker to support elderly clients in their own homes in the Eastern Suburbs on a permanent part-time basis, Monday to Friday. This role focuses on practical care and enabling independence.

You will assist with chores, personal care and transportation, with flexible hours and a supportive, values-driven team culture. A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care is preferred, plus a current driving license and vehicle access.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in aged or community care preferred.
• Empathetic, respectful and flexible with clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Help at home: assist with housekeeping, groceries and meals.
• Transport for wellbeing: escort to appointments and activities.
• Personal care: support hygiene, dressing, meals and medication.
