Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Aged Care Support worker to assist clients at home in Cecil Plains, QLD. You will provide personal care, medication assistance, transportation, domestic duties and social support to help clients maintain independence and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-focused care environment.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly with clients.
• Current National Police Certificate and valid driver’s licence.

• Provide regular support and living assistance to clients at home.
• Assist with personal care, medications, transport and domestic duties.
• Support clients to meet social needs and maintain independence.
• Follow care plans and record information accurately.
