Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse client groups.

• Basic computer skills and ability to read care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients.
• Assist with medication administration within scope of practice.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.

Education

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Services or equivalent
