Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Domestic Assistant to support customers in-home care and community services. The role follows personalised care plans, assists with day-to-day tasks, helps with outings and shopping, and coordinates appointments while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

You will work under supervision, perform housekeeping duties, monitor clients’ wellbeing, and document daily care. A caring team and not-for-profit benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Follows personal care plans to meet customer needs.
• Performs domestic duties and cleans customer homes.
• Maintains accurate records of care plans and daily logs.

Responsabilités

• Follows personal care plans for customers under supervision.
• Meal prep, bed making, cleaning and housekeeping in customer homes.
• Maintains accurate records including daily logs and care plans.
• Identifies changes in customers’ conditions and reports to senior staff.
• Provides emotional support and companionship to customers.
