Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 87 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group. The Domestic Assistant is responsible for following personalised care plans to meet customers’ individual needs and supporting senior staff as needed. The role reports changes in customers’ conditions to senior staff, making beds, and tidying rooms. They help customers by accompanying them on outings, assisting with shopping, and coordinating appointments.
