Job summary

NSW Health's Nepean Hospital is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the Transitional Aged Care Unit (TACU). The role provides compassionate, patient-centred nursing care under RN supervision and supports older adults in regaining independence after illness or injury.

The position is based at Nepean Hospital within NBMLHD and requires flexibility across day, evening or night shifts, with a focus on restorative care and safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience in acute nursing.
• Care that is person-centred, family-inclusive and culturally sensitive.
• Ability to organise and prioritise work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to professional development and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, safe nursing care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
