Job summary

Claro Disability Services is hiring a Support Worker for Gippsland Accommodation. You will work with clients with complex needs, supporting mobility, daily routines and community participation. Sleepover shifts and flexible hours are possible, with induction and ongoing clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Chat with client and family to understand goals and routines.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning and daily tasks per plan.
• Monitor changes, follow medicine/clinical plans, liaise with care team.
• Provide social time and community access aligned with client interests.
• Support decision-making and independence, respecting consent.
• Respect and adapt to client backgrounds, beliefs and cultures.
