Purple Patch Consulting is looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to assist NDIS participants living independently in their own homes. This role centers on dignity, choice, and building daily living skills, not just completing tasks.

You’ll support around-the-clock rosters, receive onboarding and ongoing training, and use a rostering app and company tablet to complete notes and track shifts. Immediate start encouraged.

Competenze

• Paid experience as a Disability Support Worker.
• Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and First Aid with CPR.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• National Police Check within six months or willingness to obtain.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed.
• Reliable smartphone with mobile data.
