Purple Patch Consulting is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist NDIS participants living independently in their own homes in Ipswich. This role focuses on independence, dignity and choice through practical support such as domestic tasks, meal prep, personal care and community access.

Qualifications

• Previous paid experience as a Disability Support Worker.
• Certificate III in Community Services or another relevant qualification.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• First Aid Certificate with current CPR.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check for paid employment.
• Working with Children Check for paid employment.
• National Police Check issued within the last six months, or willingness to obtain one.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed.
• Smartphone with mobile data.

Responsabilités

• Support NDIS participants living independently in their own homes.
• Assist with domestic tasks, meal preparation, transportation and community access.
• Provide personal hygiene and personal care support.
• Help build daily living skills and offer social and emotional support.
