Job summary

Care1 is seeking caring and reliable team members to provide high-quality disability and care support to a recipient in Lismore, NSW. Shifts include morning, afternoon and evening across Monday to Sunday. Weekly pay, competitive rates, and a supportive team environment await.

Qualifications

• Requires empathy and ability to work with people with disabilities.
• Reliable and able to learn quickly in a training-focused environment.
• Willing to obtain required checks and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living as per care plans.
• Provide personal care and medication assistance as needed.
• Perform domestic tasks: light cleaning, laundry, meal prep.
• Support mobility and use of equipment (wheelchairs, hoists).
• Monitor client well-being and report changes to supervisor.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities when required.
• Maintain Right to Work in Australia and provide required IDs.
• Complete on-the-job training and participate in ongoing education.
