• Willingness to work with shift-based rosters.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care aligned with client goals and routines.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and daily tasks per plan.
• Monitor medical needs and liaise with care team.
• Support social activities and community access.
• Encourage autonomy and advocate for client preferences.
• Respect client's cultural background.
