Job summary

Kirinari Community Services in New South Wales is seeking a Permanent Part Time Community Support Worker (Driver) to join our dedicated transport team in Tenterfield.

You’ll provide door-to-door transport helping clients stay living independently at home, delivering affordable, compassionate service with a focus on safety and reliability. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment checks including passenger transport licence code, NDIS Workers Screening Check and WWCC.
• First Aid & CPR qualifications.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Excellent communication and patient, compassionate approach.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to remain living longer in their own homes with a door-to-door transport service.
• Provide affordable, caring, reliable transport delivered with integrity.
• Work effectively in a team and follow a designated schedule with punctuality.
