Job summary

integratedliving Australia Ltd is seeking caring, reliable Support Workers for Moruya and surrounding regions to help clients stay independent in their homes and communities.

You may support across Moruya, Batemans Bay, Batehaven and nearby areas, with part-time permanent roles and typical daytime hours. Training and a positive, flexible environment are offered to build meaningful careers in community care.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability and a genuine desire to help others.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or working towards your qualification.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• WWCC and Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for work-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, medication and daily routines.
• Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
• Help with shopping, appointments and community activities.
• Provide companionship and build genuine relationships.
• Encourage independence and support clients to achieve personal goals.
