Job summary

Integratedliving Australia Ltd is seeking friendly Support Workers for the Jervis Bay region. This part-time role (30 hrs/week) offers shifts around 8:30am–3:00pm, three days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) to help clients remain independent and connected at home and in the community.

You’ll provide personal care, meals, shopping help and companionship, with opportunities to grow your career in community care.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• Current WWCC and Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, medications and daily routines.
• Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
• Help with shopping, appointments and community activities.
• Provide companionship and build genuine relationships.
• Encourage independence and support clients to achieve goals.
