Job summary

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Vaccination including influenza and at least one Covid-19 dose.
• National Police Check or current NDIS Worker Screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care in line with care plans.
• Assist clients with personal care and daily activities.
• Support clients to develop independence and skills.
