Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a casual Bus Driver to support mobility for older Australians at Castle Hill Village. You will provide safe, reliable transport, work with village teams, and help residents access appointments and activities.

Role focuses on safety, dignity, and respectful interactions. You will hold a NSW Light Rigid licence for 10+ seater buses and a current First Aid Certificate, with shifts from 7:30am–3:30pm and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• Reliable, safety-focused professional with a people-oriented approach.
• Current NSW LR driver licence for 10+ seater bus and an active First Aid certificate.
• Ability to operate vehicles of 3 tonnes or more and assist residents with mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents within Seniors Communities site and local area.
• Operate vehicles in accordance with road rules and organisational policies.
• Maintain transport schedules and ensure services run smoothly.
• Collaborate with village teams, clinic staff and Residential Care teams to coordinate transport.
• Identify and report hazards or risks; maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
