Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced, compassionate Aged & Home Care Workers who are passionate about helping older Australians remain independent, connected and safe in their own homes. You will support clients with domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, transport, shopping and social activities, directly in homes and communities to help them live life on their terms.

Essential requirements include a current Driver Licence, reliable vehicle, First Aid & CPR,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker's Check
• Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Assist with domestic tasks and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with transport to appointments.
• Support social participation and community activities.
• Maintain safety and well-being in clients' homes.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and families.
