Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe in their own homes. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each client's goals.

Key tasks include domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, transport to appointments, shopping, community participation and social support, delivered in clients' homes and their communities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Genuine passion for supporting older Australians.

Responsibilities

• Domestic assistance in clients' homes (often the largest part of the day).
• Personal care.
