Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe in their own homes. You will support clients in domestic tasks, personal care, meal prep, transport, shopping and community participation, building meaningful relationships and promoting wellbeing.

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, ensuring care plans are followed and needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Current Driver Licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with domestic tasks and personal care.
• Meal preparation and transport to appointments.
• Shopping, errands and community participation.
• Provide social support and companionship.
• Support clients to maintain independence at home.
