Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians remain independent, connected and safe in their own homes. You will build meaningful relationships and deliver compassionate, person-centred support.

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, with responsibilities including domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, transport to appointments, shopping, and social support.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• A genuine passion for supporting older Australians.
• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker's Check
• Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day).
