Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct care in health, aged care, disability, or similar settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under supervision, use initiative, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents in a residential aged care setting, helping with personal care, mobility, hygiene, grooming, toileting, laundry, environment care, and other day-to-day support tasks.
• Deliver respectful, compassionate care to residents in line with their individual needs.
• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, and transfer assistance.
• Support residents with communication aids, hearing aids, glasses, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
