Job summary

Harbour at Home is seeking a Domestic Assistant to support aged clients in their homes in the Grafton area. You will perform household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and bed changes, helping to maintain living standards and safety.

The role focuses on building rapport with clients and providing a caring, flexible service that enables clients to live independently in their local community.

Qualifications

• Caring nature and ability to connect with clients.
• Clear and empathetic communication with clients and team.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and adaptable to change.
• Interest in aged care and providing stable, flexible work.
• Current First Aid & CPR training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform household tasks to support clients' independent living, including cleaning and laundry.
• Maintain clean and comfortable home environments for clients.
