Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception and/or administration.
• Friendly, positive and empathetic approach to customer service.
• Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Previous aged care experience is highly regarded.
• Passion for being part of a community and making a difference for older people.
