Job summary

Southern Cross Care Queensland (SCCQ) is seeking caring Home Care Support Workers to assist our aged care clients in their homes around the Western Downs region. You will join a supportive Care Team delivering personal care and daily living assistance with dignity and compassion.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care or equivalent.
• Strong people and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Current CPR and First Aid certificates.
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence and access to a reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and daily living assistance in clients' homes.
