Job summary
Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking compassionate Home Care Support Workers to assist aged care clients in their own homes across the Western Downs area, including Chinchilla, Tara, Miles, Jandowae and Meandarra. You will provide domestic assistance and personal support to help clients stay independent at home and in the community.
