Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe at home. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support across domestic tasks, personal care, meal prep and transport, in clients’ homes and communities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• A genuine passion for supporting older Australians.

Responsibilities

• Domestic assistance (household tasks and daily living support).
• Personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Meal preparation and nutrition support.
